What will I receive with my purchase?
All Berry Smart products are digital downloads. No physical product will be shipped.
Your files will include the formats and sizes stated in the individual product description.
Depending on the product, you may receive:
- Printable PDF files
- Multiple size options
- Canva editable templates (where stated)
- Instructions or guides where needed
How will I receive my files?
After completing your purchase, your digital files will be available to download electronically.
You will also receive a download email at the email address used during checkout.
If you can't find the email, please check your Inbox, Spam/Junk and Promotions folders.
Can I edit my files?
Some Berry Smart products include a Canva editable template.
If a product is editable, this will be clearly stated in the product description. Depending on the template, you may be able to edit text, colours and personal details.
A free Canva account is usually all you need.
Do I need Canva to use my purchase?
No. Canva is only required for products specifically described as editable Canva templates.
Ready-to-print PDF files can be downloaded and printed without Canva.
What size files are included?
File sizes and formats vary depending on the product.
Please check the individual product description before purchasing, where all included sizes and file formats will be listed.
Can I print my downloads at home?
Yes! Our printable files are designed to make printing at home simple.
For the best results, we recommend using quality cardstock or premium paper, selecting the correct paper size and choosing Actual Size or 100% in your printer settings where appropriate.

Where can I print my files?
You can print your files at home or use a professional printing service.
Options include local print shops, online printing services and photo printing services.
Can I get a refund?
Due to the digital nature of our products, refunds cannot usually be offered once digital files have been accessed or downloaded.

Can I use Berry Smart designs commercially?
No. Berry Smart digital products are for personal use only, unless a product specifically states otherwise or a separate commercial licence has been agreed.
You may not resell, redistribute or share the original digital files or download links.
Do you offer custom or personalised designs?
At the moment, Berry Smart focuses primarily on ready-made designs and collections.

I can't find or open my download. What should I do?
First, check the email address used when placing your order and look in your Spam/Junk and Promotions folders.
If you've downloaded a ZIP folder, you may need to extract/unzip it before opening the individual files.
